If your framework sounds like every other framework,
it isn't helping you stand out.
So you're building a coaching business with bigger ambitions. Maybe you're working toward consistent $10k+ months. Maybe you're ready to move beyond relying exclusively on 1:1 clients and start filling group coaching cohorts, growing a mastermind, or scaling a signature program.
Whatever the next stage looks like, your program needs to communicate why it's worth choosing.
Here's where many coaches get stuck. They know they're supposed to have a signature framework. So they come up with a catchy name, arrange familiar concepts into a few steps, and give their process a branded identity — sometimes an acronym.
When people see the same recycled terminology, generic steps, and surface-level promises everywhere, they start recognizing the pattern. Your program risks getting placed in the same fluff category as everything else they've seen.
Your framework should communicate the depth of your expertise, not make your coaching sound interchangeable with everyone else's.
The Signature Framework Audit helps you cut out the fluff, uncover what makes your methodology distinctive, and turn it into a coherent signature framework for your coaching programs.
Path One
You already have a signature framework, but something isn't quite working. Maybe it feels too generic, the stages don't connect, or the framework has become disconnected from the transformation your program delivers.
We'll examine its underlying logic, structure, components, and language to identify what's working, what's missing, and what needs to change.
Path Two
You know your coaching approach is different, but you haven't formalized it into a signature framework. Your methodology might already exist in the way you teach, the questions you ask, and the principles guiding your clients.
We work backward from the substance of your program through strategic questioning and a focused extraction process, then organize it into a coherent framework that reflects your actual expertise.
Why Your Framework Matters When You're Ready to Scale
As you work toward filling cohorts, enrolling mastermind members, or keeping your pipeline full, the way you communicate your methodology becomes much more important.
Differentiate your program
Give people a clearer understanding of what makes your approach different from other coaches offering similar outcomes — so you actually stand out.
Communicate your expertise
Make the thinking and methodology behind your coaching easier to understand and articulate, which helps you find more of the right people for it.
Strengthen program identity
Give your coaching a recognizable structure and consistent language you can use for marketing, keeping your pipeline full.
Elevate perceived value
Help your audience see more than a collection of calls and modules — and start seeing an actual solution to their problems.
Create a foundation for growth
Establish a methodology you can use as a foundational reference as your program and business evolve toward that number you've been working toward.
Marketing that actually works
Attract more of the right people to your webinars, email list, and cohorts when your framework does the heavy lifting of communicating your difference.
How the Signature Framework Audit Works
Whether you're refining an existing framework or developing one through extraction, the work follows a focused strategic process.
After purchasing, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire designed to uncover the thinking behind your program.
This isn't a basic client-intake form. It explores your philosophy, teaching principles, approach to solving the problem, client transformation, and the decisions that shape how you work. You'll also provide links or materials related to your website, program, and existing framework, where applicable.
I'll review your responses alongside your website and relevant program materials. We'll identify the strongest elements, areas of ambiguity, generic or underdeveloped components, and opportunities for bigger differentiation.
We'll schedule a focused 30-minute interview to go deeper into your answers. I'll assess your framework's structure, language, logic, and relationship to the methodology you're actually teaching.
We'll schedule a focused 30-minute extraction interview to explore the ideas, principles, and processes that make your approach distinctive. You just need to bring the expertise behind your coaching.
Using the findings, I'll develop your written framework document. You'll receive clearer language for describing the methodology, its components, and the distinctive thinking behind your approach.
The goal is to help you explain not only what your framework contains, but why it represents a meaningful approach to the problem your program addresses.
Depending on your starting point, this involves a strengthened arrangement of your existing stages or pillars, or a newly extracted framework structure — with clear descriptions of each component and how they connect, plus recommendations for how the framework communication should be approached.
Your completed document will be delivered in 7 business days after all required intake materials and your extraction interview have been completed.
You'll receive a written strategic document you can use as the foundation for incorporating your methodology into your program and communicating it to your audience. You'll also receive a recorded walkthrough explaining the assessment, the reasoning behind the recommendations, and the proposed framework structure — so you can revisit the thinking as you incorporate the framework into your program and marketing.

About Mulberry Creations
I'm the strategist behind Mulberry Creations, a strategy-first brand, copy, and website design studio for coaches looking to scale past their own audience without the DM marathon.
My work centers on understanding the underlying structure of an offer and translating that thinking into a clearer, more cohesive experience.
I believe strong positioning isn't created by adding more marketing language to an offer. It comes from understanding what makes the work valuable in the first place and communicating that value with intention.
That perspective informs how I approach everything — from my signature service Momentum Engine to the sales systems I build for coaches looking to establish themselves as the go-to in their space.
The Signature Framework Audit brings that same strategic lens to the methodology behind your program. Principles over templates.
The work isn't about forcing your ideas into a predetermined number of steps or giving familiar concepts new names. These are strategic foundations for your coaching program.
Whether you're refining a framework you've been using for years or finally giving shape to the approach you've developed through your work, the starting point is the same:
Give it the structure and language to communicate that.
